Overview

During my tenure at Powershop, I played a significant role in the development of the brand, product, and user experiences, which helped the company grow its user base to over 160,000 users. My achievements include establishing design processes that prioritised the customer experience and influenced Powershop’s product across New Zealand, Australia, the UK, and other new markets.

I led the product design team as we successfully underwent a significant user experience transition during a highly complex technical rewrite that spanned several years. Despite the challenges, user satisfaction levels remained consistently high throughout the transition period.
