As the Lead User Experience and Product Designer at Tally Group, I had the opportunity to lead the development of a world-class SAAS platform's user experience and to build capabilities across the organisation. Tally Customer Information System (Tally CIS) provides Energy Billing Services across Australia and New Zealand and is on a path to replace legacy platforms across the US and Asia.
