Overview

For eight transformative years at Powershop, I was instrumental in shaping the user experience, product, and brand, guiding the company from its initial launch to successful expansions in three countries. My contributions were pivotal in growing Powershop’s user base to over 160,000 satisfied customers.

I established robust design processes that prioritised customer experience, significantly influencing Powershop’s product presence across New Zealand, Australia, the UK, and other emerging markets. Leading the product design team, I navigated a major user experience transition during a complex, multi-year technical overhaul. Despite the inherent challenges, we maintained consistently high user satisfaction levels, a testament to our commitment to excellence and customer-centric design.
